In rare cases, we may have to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances such as product unavailability, payment issues, or logistical challenges. If we cancel your order:

The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method as per the payment gateway's policy, which typically takes 7 to 10 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

As we deal in products that may be sensitive, perishable, or personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof (images/videos) to initiate any resolution.
